Camping les Cinq Ch\u00e2teaux offers family holidays, in the traditional sense, and the accommodation is specially designed for this purpose. Camping les Cinq Ch\u00e2teaux reserves the right to refuse any booking which is contrary to this principle, or which seeks to deviate from it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7075325 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7075325\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>The Reservation is nominative<\/strong> and may not be transferred or sublet. The management reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons whose names are not those given on the \"reservation request\". Under no circumstances may it be occupied by more people (including children and babies). In this case, the campsite has the right to refuse any additional persons. Any booking of more than 3 accommodations by the same individual or by different individuals who know each other and are travelling together for the same reasons on the same dates is considered to be a group. Our accommodation is exclusively for individuals. For all group booking requests, you must contact us by telephone, e-mail or via our Contact Us section. We reserve the right to examine the booking request before accepting or refusing it.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a65349 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7a65349\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Rates are dynamic and may change throughout the season. Any benefits or promotions offered by our establishment after the booking date cannot be applied to a booking that has already been confirmed and paid for in full or in part. The contractual price may be subject to change, within the legal and regulatory limits, in the event of variations in the applicable VAT rates between the date of booking and the date of payment of the balance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-41a9bed elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"41a9bed\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The <strong>Tourist tax<\/strong> represents the communal and departmental share and is \u20ac0.66 per night per person over 18.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d61cd7a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d61cd7a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A tax of<strong>Eco Participation<\/strong> may be added between the date of booking and the date of payment of the balance if the competent authorities (SMICTOM du P\u00e9rigord Noir - D\u00e9partement Dordogne...) increase the financial contribution of companies to the taxes for the abstraction of natural resources (clean water) and the reprocessing of waste (waste water, household waste).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3bf01eb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3bf01eb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Terms and conditions of payment<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-061b36a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"061b36a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Rules for rental accommodation<\/strong> For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, a deposit of 25% of the price of the services booked, plus \u20ac15 administration costs, and possibly the amount of cancellation insurance, must be paid at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival (except holiday vouchers or cash). For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the full amount must be paid on the day of booking.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e95af64 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e95af64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>For the <strong>locations<\/strong> The deposit is \u20ac60 plus \u20ac15 administration fee. If full payment is not received 30 days before your arrival, Camping les Cinq Ch\u00e2teaux reserves the right to consider the reservation cancelled (except where payment on arrival has been agreed with the campsite). Cancellation &amp; Changes<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3acf80a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3acf80a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Changing your booking <\/strong><\/p><p>Customers may request a change to their stay (campsite, date and\/or type of accommodation) by writing to the campsite (by post or e-mail), subject to availability. No postponements will be accepted for the following season. Customers should note that in the event of a change to their stay, they will not be able to benefit from any promotions subsequent to their initial reservation, as the date of the first reservation will be taken as the reference date. No refunds will be made without cancellation insurance. All bookings must be cancelled in writing (e-mail) to camping@les5chateaux.com or by post. If the cancellation occurs :<\/p><ul><li>More than 30 days before the start of your stay: the deposit will be retained as compensation.<\/li><li>Less than 30 days before the start date of the holiday: 100% of the cost of the holiday will be charged and no refund will be given. No changes can be made during the month preceding the start date of the holiday. The basic package is for 2 to 6 people, depending on the type of accommodation. As stated in the description on our website, each accommodation is designed for a specific number of people. For safety and insurance reasons, the maximum number of occupants cannot be exceeded.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ee4078d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ee4078d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sheets and towels are not provided in the rentals (options available on reservation).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b387ac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7b387ac\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tents are not permitted on the pitch (unless agreed by the management). The \"PARKING\" area is designed for one vehicle only. All other vehicles must park outside the campsite.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9c44743 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9c44743\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Arrival and departure on the day of your choice, except in July and August (Saturday or Wednesday). Minimum length of stay varies according to the period and type of accommodation, details on our website.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9e8acfa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9e8acfa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Arrival in accommodation from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm.<\/strong><\/p><p>When the keys are handed over, you will be asked to pay a deposit of \u20ac200 by bank transfer to cover any damage to the accommodation. There is no inventory on arrival and departure, <strong>any dissatisfaction with the Household<\/strong>Any damage to the property, or the general condition of the accommodation, must be reported on the day of arrival to enable our teams to remedy the situation. After this time, no complaint will be accepted.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0dd88f2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0dd88f2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Any smell of tobacco requiring the washing of curtains and duvets will result in the deposit being cashed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ebbf37c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ebbf37c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The <strong>arrivals on camping pitches<\/strong> are available every day between <strong>2.00 pm and 7.30 pm<\/strong>. Connection to the electrical terminals must be made using cables and plugs that comply with current legislation. Please allow for a cable length of 30 metres and a European adapter. The campsite is unable to supply the above equipment. Pitches can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7ac303 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b7ac303\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>If you hire a Top fridge or a Privilege pitch (pre-equipped), you will be asked to pay a deposit by bank transfer of : 100 \u20ac for the Privilege pitch \/ 50 \u20ac for the Top fridge hire.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c644bae elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c644bae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>In the event of late arrival<\/strong>Please contact us before 6 p.m. so that the campsite can make arrangements.
