Depending on your request and your choice, we will send you written confirmation of your rental as well as a quote specifying the exact price of your stay.

In order to benefit from the services offered by Camping les Cinq Châteaux, we ask you to read the general conditions below carefully. These conditions govern the sale of holidays and are valid at the time the order is placed. Booking a holiday implies full acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale. Booking a rental is strictly personal.

Under no circumstances may you sublet or transfer your booking without the prior consent of Camping les Cinq Châteaux. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Price list

Prices are dynamic and may change throughout the season. Camping les Cinq Châteaux can under no circumstances be held responsible for any difference in cost between two stays booked for the same period. The prices shown on the site are in euros, including VAT at the rate in force on the date of receipt of the deposit and the full price. Any change or modification of the rate, as well as any change in the taxes applicable to the holiday, on the date of invoicing may be passed on to the price of the holiday.

Booking conditions

The booking only becomes effective with the agreement of the Campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt of either the booking contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online.

Application fees

A handling fee (15.00 ?) will be charged at the time of booking, depending on the rental period.

Tourist taxes

You will have to pay a tourist tax of 0.66? per night and per person over 18, which will be paid to the commune and the département.

Accommodation rentals

Water, gas and electricity are included in the rental price. The number of guests per accommodation may not exceed the stated capacity of the property.

Sheets and towels are not provided in the rentals.

Tents are not permitted on the rental site (unless agreed by the management).

Campsite pitches for hire pitches can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

High season : Mobile homes are available for arrival on Wednesdays or Saturdays from 4pm and for departure by 10am at the latest.

Low season : Arrivals are every day from Monday to Sunday. With the prior agreement of reception, the rental can be collected before 4pm if it is ready. Departure may be at 12.00 noon if the accommodation has not been rented afterwards.

Camping pitchesArrivals are possible every day between 2.00 pm and 7.30 pm. Departure no later than 12.00 noon.

Visitors from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm: all visitors must present themselves to the campsite reception on arrival, to show their identity and the purpose of their visit. An entry fee of ? 4.00 must be paid to gain access to the campsite.

Specific clauses

If you do not show up on the day stipulated in the contract, after 24 hours without any news from you, we will repossess your accommodation without any compensation being due to you.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the rental period will be invoiced.

The tenant is obliged to comply with the rules and regulations of Camping les Cinq Châteaux.

Interruption of stay and unused services any stay that is interrupted or cut short or any service that is not used due to the customer's fault, for whatever reason, cannot under any circumstances give rise to a refund.

Day of departure : We do not carry out an inventory of your accommodation on departure. However, we will ask you to inform us of any missing items, breakages or malfunctions (if any) in the accommodation when you hand over the keys.

Car and BBQ

Each accommodation has its own parking space on the pitch. Only one car is permitted per accommodation; other vehicles may park outside the campsite in the cul-de-sac that gives access to the campsite. Electric barbecues are not permitted on the campsite. Each accommodation has a charcoal barbecue.

Animals

Low season > Pets are accepted for a fee and, in principle, in the rental accommodation subject to the following conditions: ? they must not sleep on the beds, benches or duvets. ? they must never be left alone in the accommodation. ? they must be kept on a lead and their vaccinations must be up to date. 1st AND 2nd CATEGORY DOGS, OR SIMILAR AND PUPPY DOGS PROHIBITED.

High season > 3 rental properties (Classic Range) can accommodate pets under the same conditions.

Rules for your stay

For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit is 25% + 15? administration fee and must be included with the booking contract. For camping pitches, the deposit is ?60 + ?15 booking fee.

The balance of the stay must be paid at least 30 days before the 1st day of the rental period. (excluding cheques, holiday vouchers or cash). For camping pitches, the balance must be paid on arrival.

For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, the full amount of the holiday plus the booking fee must be paid at the time of booking. (excluding cheques, holiday vouchers or cash)

Changes

No changes can be made during the month preceding the start date of the holiday. Outside this period, changes requested will be accepted subject to availability.

Bonds

For rental accommodation, a deposit of ? 200 will be paid on arrival by bank transfer. This covers loss, breakage, damage to equipment and cleaning services. The deposit will be returned after your departure if the state of repair and cleanliness do not give rise to observations.

Weather conditions

The management of Camping les Cinq Châteaux declines all responsibility in the event that unfavourable weather conditions lead to the cancellation of certain services or events. Under no circumstances will these weather conditions give entitlement to reductions or refunds.

Image rights

Camping les Cinq Châteaux produces photographic and video material for promotional purposes.

You must give your express authorisation for them to be used, for yourself or for minors over whom you have authority. If necessary, you should express your disagreement with the image rights as soon as you arrive.

Personal data

As part of its commercial activity, Camping les Cinq Châteaux collects and processes information about its customers. The collection and processing of this information is essential to the order and to the management of the file. Some of the information collected in this way may qualify as personal data within the meaning of European regulations. Personal data refers to data enabling customers to be identified as individuals. Camping les Cinq Châteaux will therefore process data concerning: Names, first names, title, date of birth, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, choice of commercial prospecting or any other information brought to its attention during the management of the file.

In accordance with regulations, personal data is kept for a period proportional to the purposes for which it is collected, i.e. 5 years from the signing of the booking contract. In its capacity as data controller, Camping les Cinq Châteaux undertakes to apply all appropriate technical and organisational procedures to ensure the protection, confidentiality, integrity and security of such data. It will not pass this information on to third parties.

Customers may at any time exercise their right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability by contacting Camping les Cinq Châteaux.

Cancellation

All bookings must be cancelled in writing (by e-mail).

Any booking deposit that does not comply with the terms and conditions and that is not paid in full by the due date will result in the cancellation of the contract. Booking fees are not refundable under any circumstances. In all cases of cancellation, the following will be retained or payable by you: The booking fee

An amount equal to 25% of the full cost of your stay if you cancel more than one month before your scheduled arrival date. The full cost of your stay if you cancel less than one month before your scheduled arrival date or if you do not show up on that date.

In the event of cancellation by Camping les Cinq Châteaux, except in cases of force majeure, the customer will be reimbursed for all sums paid to Camping les Cinq Châteaux.

Insurance

It is the customer?s responsibility to take out insurance to cover accidents or incidents covered by civil liability. Cancellation insurance can be taken out. This insurance reimburses you the compensation for breach of contract indicated above, in accordance with the conditions set out in the contract. This insurance must be taken out when you make your booking, before you pay your deposit.
