Les Cinq Châteaux campsite enjoys a privileged location with its direct access to the river Dordogne. Put your deckchair down on the pebble beach and admire the grandiose spectacle of the hot-air balloons overlooking this "Valley of Five Castles".  
 
Following the course of the Dordogne, you will arrive at Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, at the confluence of the Dordogne and the Dordogne. Céou and the Dordogne, where you can cool off in clear, refreshing water (12-14 degrees). 
 
Moving further up the CéouYou'll love this unspoilt, sparsely-populated valley, with its abundance of secluded bathing spots. Be warned though, as with any natural spot, swimming is not supervised. 
 
If you're looking for a swimming area with waterslides, pedalos and inflatable games, there are plenty of thrill-seeking structures within a 20-30 km radius of the campsite. Entrance fee applies.
