It is in Sarlat, in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, whose reputation is often associated with the quality of its gastronomy, that the artisan biscuit factory has set up under the brand name LOU COCAL.
(the Walnut in Occitan), since 1996.
Biscuits made with products from the Périgord region: walnuts, hazelnuts, chestnuts, cherries, melons and prunes.
The LOU COCAL biscuit factory makes Tuiles, Sablés, cakes and confectionery by hand.
You'll also find some old traditional recipes that used to be made on Périgord farms.
