• PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

The personal data collected above from Users is used exclusively by SAS CINQ CHÂTEAUX for the following purposes:

• Book holiday accommodation
• Manage requests or exchanges of information (contact form).

The personal data collected is not used to make automated decisions within the meaning of Article 13.2 f of the RGPD.

• LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT

All personal data concerning Users is collected directly from them. The processing of this personal data is based on the legitimate interest of SAS CINQ CHÂTEAUX in putting company directors in difficulty in touch with professionals in order to help them find solutions.

Personal data is only processed by persons authorised by the data controller to do so.

• LOCATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The processing carried out by SAS CINQ CHÂTEAUX is located exclusively in mainland France.

• RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is kept only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it is processed.

The data collected via the contact form will be kept for the time needed to process the request for information or the time needed for the exchange.
