Article 2 - Duration of the game

From 20/01/2026 at 09/02/2026 at 23:59.

Draw on 10/02/2026 and the winner will be announced within 48 hours.

Article 3 - Conditions of participation

• Free game with no obligation to buy
• Open to adults
• Members of the organiser and partner balloon company excluded

Article 4 - Prize

1 single lot comprising :

• 2 consecutive nights in a Tiny House for 2 people (value: €229 high season)
• 1 hot-air balloon flight for 2 people (value: €480)

Total value of the lot: €709

Conditions of use :

• Not exchangeable for its cash equivalent
• Non-refundable
• Valid until 26 September 2026
• Subject to availability (must be booked in advance at least 15 days before the desired date)
• In accordance with our general terms and conditions of accommodation, a deposit of €200 will be required on arrival and returned on departure after an inspection of the premises.
• The balloon flight is subject to weather conditions. In the event of cancellation for weather reasons, it will be rescheduled according to availability within the validity of the prize, without this giving rise to any claim.
• If the stay in a Tiny House has been fully booked and the flight is cancelled for weather reasons, a new flight will be offered but the associated accommodation will remain at the winner's expense.
• It is therefore advisable to plan a balloon flight on the first day of your stay so that you can postpone it for the remaining nights in the event of a weather cancellation.
• The winner is responsible for his or her own transport to and from his or her accommodation and the place of departure for the balloon flight.
• Meals and any other services not mentioned in the package are not included.

Article 5 - Designation of the winner

• A draw will be made from all valid entries (Facebook + Instagram combined).
• The winner will be contacted by private message on the social network used to enter, within 48 hours of the draw.
• The winner has 7 calendar days to confirm their participation and provide their full contact details
• If no reply is received within this time, the prize will be deemed to have been refused and a new draw will be held.

Article 6 - Delivery of the prize

• The winner will receive a gift voucher by email with details of how to book.
• Reservations must be made by the winner directly with the organiser.
• The gift voucher is nominative and may be subject to identity verification.

Article 7 - Use of the winner's image

By participating, the winner authorises the organiser to use his/her first name to announce the results of the game on social networks and the website, without this conferring any remuneration, right or advantage whatsoever other than the award of his/her prize.

Article 8 - Personal data

The personal data collected as part of this competition is intended exclusively for the organiser to manage the competition and award the prize.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), participants have the right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting : camping@les5chateaux.com.

The data will be kept for the duration of the game and deleted 3 months after the prize is actually awarded to the winner.

Article 9 - Liability

The organiser cannot be held responsible:

• Technical problems linked to social networks (Facebook, Instagram) beyond its control
• temporary impossibility of access to the game for reasons of maintenance or force majeure
• Incidents that may occur during the use of the prize by the winner
• Weather conditions preventing the balloon flight from taking place

Article 10 - Modification and cancellation

The organiser reserves the right, in the event of force majeure, to modify, extend, shorten or cancel the game. It may not be held liable in any such case.

Article 11 - Fraud

Any fraudulent participation (use of false accounts, automated participation, etc.) will be eliminated without notice.

Article 12 - Disputes

These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these rules will be submitted to the competent courts.

Article 13 - Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules.
